Private Instruction in Guitar

David has been teaching guitar for over 7 years, with 20+ years of playing experience. Styles include folk, rock, blues and jazz. Previous teachers include Megan McLaughlin and Joel Harrison.

The Teaching: Learn important basics in technique and style including fingerpicking, flat-picking, strumming, chords, and lead playing. Learn to see the fretboard more clearly. Learn to read charts and play songs. Increase musicality and understanding of rhythm. Also, coaching in songwriting and performance. A great teacher for the beginning or intermediate player.

Format: 1 hour lessons.
